Return & Refund Policy
Start your return process by emailing lakincarlin@kkscollections.com.
We offer EXCHANGES and REFUNDS within 14 days from the date that your order was received. If it past the amounted days, unfortunately we will not be able to accept your return or exchange. You will not receive credit back until the item(s) have arrived back at KKs Collections. Items that were purchased with a discount of 30% or greater, will be a final sale! Those items will not be eligible for exchange nor refund.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
-Once return is initiated, you will receive a return slip via email. When the item is received at KKs Collections, customers will receive an email notifying them of a refund, and the payment processor sends the money directly to your bank or card. Customers are refunded in the same currency they used for the purchase. The refund will appear in your account in 5 to 10 business days. If you do not see a payment after those 10 days, please reach out to me at our email (lakincarlin@kkscollections.com) or your bank.
